Planting, prepping, harvesting, and distributing produce and learning the ropes of small-scale sustainable agriculture.

Sustainable Beekeeping Intern, Appalachian Beekeeping Collective, WV,

Checked beehives daily across WV for disease, pollen levels, honey stores and learned sustainable beekeeping practices. Harvested and packaged honey and collected and uploaded field data.
